Orders
What is my order status?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you’ll receive a second email with your shipment notification. This email will include carrier tracking information and an estimated delivery timeframe.
Monaco Modern uses Standard Delivery only, which includes delivery to the first dry, secure area outside your home (e.g., porch, garage, or lobby). For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
If your delivery is assigned to UPS, please note:
UPS does not contact customers in advance to schedule delivery.
You’ll need to monitor your tracking link closely, as Monaco Modern is not responsible for missed deliveries.
Signatures are not required for UPS deliveries. UPS is used for both small and select larger parcels, depending on the shipment.
Carriers other than UPS will typically reach out by phone or email to schedule a delivery window. If you don’t see our emails, please check your spam or promotions folder.
You can also log into your account and check the Orders page to view your order status.
My order has not arrived
If your delivery date has passed and your order hasn’t arrived, we recommend logging into your account to view your tracking details. You’ll find a shipping message with the freight carrier’s contact information—this same information is also emailed to you as soon as your shipment is released.
For the most up-to-date status, you’re welcome to contact the freight carrier directly.

My tracking says delivered or lost, but I don’t have my order. What should I do?
We partner with trusted third-party carriers to deliver your order efficiently. Occasionally, there may be tracking errors or a mix-up at the local terminal that causes confusion.
We recommend contacting the freight carrier directly using the details provided in your tracking email—they’ll be best equipped to locate your shipment or arrange redelivery if needed. Be sure to have your tracking number on hand when you reach out.
I received a partial delivery
Monaco Modern ships all orders complete—nothing is sent separately. Please carefully open all packaging and check that all items and quantities are accounted for. Smaller components like legs or hardware are often packed inside the main product boxes.
If you believe something is missing, take clear photos of the packaging and contents, and reach out to our Concierge Team. You can connect with us via Live Chat or submit a request through our Contact Us Page.
How can I change my delivery address?
If you need to change your delivery address, please visit our Contact Us page to notify us as soon as possible. You can do this at any time up until 24 hours before we dispatch your item(s). If your items have already been dispatched, changing your delivery address may not be possible or there may be a charge for arranging redelivery.
Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?
If your order has not yet begun processing at the warehouse, you may request a cancellation or product changes. Contact us at hello@monacomodern.com to confirm if your order is eligible.
Once processing has started or the order is in transit, changes are no longer possible. In that case, please refer to our return policy.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal. Payment must be made in full at checkout.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
At this time, Monaco Modern does not offer financing or installment payment options. Orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
We offer free Standard shipping to make your experience seamless — no surprises, just effortless design delivered to your door.
Standard Delivery includes delivery to the first dry, secure area—such as a garage, covered porch, or the lobby/service area of a high-rise.
Please note that stairs are not included with this service. In that case, delivery will be made to the first dry area before the stairs.
While shipping is complimentary, additional fees may apply in extraordinary cases, such as remote access, re-delivery, or special handling.
Where do you ship to?
Canada only, with service available to most major cities. Some restrictions may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations.
You can enter your postal code at checkout to confirm shipping availability and any applicable fees. If your area is considered remote by our carriers, additional charges may apply.

How long does delivery take?
Monaco Modern offers Standard Delivery only, which includes delivery to the first dry, secure area—such as a garage, covered porch, or the lobby/service area of a high-rise. Orders typically take 1–4 business days to process, with transit times of 1–3 weeks within Canada.
Please note that stairs are not included with this service, in that case the delivery will be at the first dry area before the stairs.
While shipping is complimentary, additional fees may apply in extraordinary cases, such as remote access, re-delivery, or special handling.
Can I schedule my delivery?
For orders shipped via carriers such as UPS, advance scheduling is not available. We recommend monitoring your tracking information to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
For larger orders, our local delivery partner will reach out once your shipment arrives in your area to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. In most cases, the driver will also provide a courtesy call on the day of delivery to confirm their arrival.
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
UPS deliveries: A signature is not required, and packages may be left at your doorstep or secure area. We recommend monitoring your tracking to ensure safe receipt.
Larger freight deliveries: A delivery appointment will be scheduled, and someone must be present to accept the order. The driver will typically provide a courtesy call on the day of delivery.
Can I delay my shipment or delivery date?
For orders shipped via carriers such as UPS, delayed delivery is not available. We recommend monitoring your tracking information to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.

Can I request white glove delivery?
At this time, Monaco Modern offers Standard Delivery only. This service includes delivery to the first dry, secure area—such as a garage, covered porch, or the lobby/service area of a high-rise.
We strongly recommend making your own arrangements to bring items into your home and complete any assembly, as Monaco Modern is not responsible for these services.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in like new condition and in the original packaging. A return shipping fee of $99 will be deducted from your refund. To start a return, email us at hello@monacomodern.com with your order number and reason for return. See all details on our Store Policy page.
For items sold as a set (e.g., Set of 2 or Set of 4), returns are only accepted if the entire set is returned in its original condition. We are unable to process returns for individual pieces from a set, as these products are pre-packaged and sold exclusively in complete sets.
When will I receive my refund?
For refunds resulting from a full or partial return, we’ll process your refund after the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Once the refund is processed, depending on the card provider, it may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
Refunds can only be issued via the method of the original purchase.
Warranty & Claims
What is covered by warranty?
1 year – Structural integrity of metal, polypropylene, and solid wood frames
1 year – Stitching, buttons, adhesives, and other soft-part workmanship
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@monacomodern.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review your claim and arrange the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
How do I make a claim?
For warranty issues or concerns beyond delivery damage, email hello@monacomodern.com with clear photos and a description of the problem within 3 days of delivery. Eligible claims will be assessed, and our team will guide you through the resolution process. Please note that late or incomplete claims may not qualify.
Products & Materials
Are fabric swatches available?
Yes — we offer a complimentary swatch set featuring 14 fabric samples, with no purchase required. We recommend ordering swatches ahead of your selection to ensure the right tone and texture for your space. Each sample measures approximately 4" x 4" (10 cm x 10 cm). We use FedEx services for delivery, and it typically takes 3–5 business days.
One free set per customer.

What is double rub count?
The double rub count measures a fabric's durability by testing how many times it can be rubbed before showing wear, with higher numbers indicating stronger, more abrasion-resistant material. Anything with 30,000+ double rub count is generally designed for maximum durability.
How do I care for and clean my products?
To keep your furniture looking its best, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight, heat, and humidity, as these can cause fading or cracking over time. When possible, protect surfaces with covers, and always use coasters or mats under glasses and hot items. Please note that richly dyed fabrics—such as dark wash denim—may transfer color and stain your furniture.

Can I buy a single item from products marked as a set?
